Chess with Frank: Mondays, 3:30 – 4:30 p.m. starting October 2nd

Power Hour: In conjunction with Bentley University’s Service Learning volunteers, we offer Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s Power Hour educational program every Mon-Fri from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. in our Education and Technology Center.  With use of an incentive program, the Power Hour model helps create a climate of academic success in the Club while recognizing young people’s efforts and achievements to help motivate youth and increase participation.

America Clicks: A 10-week one-on-one computer tutoring program led by Bentley University Service Learning volunteers. Each Bentley student is paired with a 3rd, 4th, or 5th grader to interact with and teach valuable computer skills to, including Microsoft Office, how to navigate different web browsers, etc. The primary goal of the program is to facilitate the development of technology skills in elementary school children.

Torch Club: Small-group leadership and service clubs for boys and girls ages 11 to 13. A Torch Club is a powerful vehicle through which Club staff can meet the special character development needs of younger adolescents at a critical stage in their life. Keystone Club: Keystone is a unique leadership development experience that provides opportunities for young peoples, ages 14 to 18. Youth participate, both in and out of the Club, in activities in three focus areas: academic success, career preparation, and community service. With the guidance of an adult supervisor, Keystone Clubs aim to have a positive impact on members, the Club and the community.

Hands on with Nature: Every other Tuesday in the Multi-purpose Room from 4:30-5:30 p.m., members will learn about the natural world through hands-on activities with live animals!

Science with Jessica: Every other Tuesday in the Multi-Purpose Room from 4:30-5:30 p.m., a volunteer will be at the Club to do fun science experiments with our members.
